Apple Snickers Salad Cool Whip
This is what happens when a candy bar crashes a fruit salad party—and we’re not mad about it. Tart apples, creamy pudding, fluffy Cool Whip, and chopped Snickers bars come together in the easiest “salad” that never even tries to be healthy (and we respect that).
Prep Time 10 minutes mins
- 1 box 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
- ¾ cup whole milk
- 1 cup whipped cream or 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 5 Granny Smith apples chopped
- 5 Snickers bars chopped
- 1 Granny Smith apple sliced (for garnish)
- 1 Snickers bar chopped (for garnish)
- ¼ cup caramel sauce optional
Make the Pudding Base: In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and whole milk until smooth and slightly thick.
Add the Fluff: Fold in the Cool Whip or whipped cream until the mixture is light, creamy, and fluffy.
Prep the Apples: Core and chop 5 of the Granny Smith apples into small pieces. If you're making the salad ahead of time, toss the chopped apples in a little lemon juice or 7-Up to keep them from turning brown, then pat them dry.
Chop the Candy: Cut 5 of the Snickers bars into bite-sized chunks. Try not to eat half of them while you’re chopping.
Mix the Salad: Gently stir the chopped apples and Snickers pieces into the pudding mixture until everything is evenly combined.
Chill It: Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge until you're ready to serve. Let it hang out and get even tastier.
Top and Serve: Right before serving, slice the last apple and chop the last Snickers bar. Sprinkle them over the top of the salad and drizzle with caramel sauce if you want to make it look extra fancy.
