Christmas Punch

This Christmas Punch combines cranberry and pomegranate juices with prosecco and vodka for a flavorful, bubbly treat. It’s a crowd-pleaser that can also be made alcohol-free!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large bag of ice
  • 8 ½ cups cranberry juice
  • 3 cups pomegranate juice
  • 2 cups clementine juice or orange juice
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 3 limes sliced
  • 3 clementines sliced
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • Seeds from 1 pomegranate
  • 1 bottle 3.1 cups prosecco
  • 1 ¼ cups vodka
  • Small bunch of fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  • Add Ice: Fill a punch bowl with a large bag of ice.

  • Combine Juices: Pour in the cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, and clementine juice.
    8 ½ cups cranberry juice, 3 cups pomegranate juice, 2 cups clementine juice
  • Add Lime Juice: Squeeze in the juice of 2 limes and stir well.

  • Add Fruits: Add the lime slices, clementine slices, cranberries, and pomegranate seeds to the bowl.

  • Add Alcohol: Pour in the prosecco and vodka. Stir gently to combine.

  • Garnish and Serve: Top with fresh mint leaves just before serving.

Notes

Make Ahead Tip: Prepare the punch (except the ice, prosecco, vodka, and mint) a few hours ahead. Add these just before serving.
Alcohol-Free Version: Replace prosecco and vodka with 1 ¼ cups clementine or orange juice and 3.1 cups sparkling grape juice.
Scaling Down: Halve or quarter the recipe, keeping the ingredient ratios the same.
