Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces semi-sweet milk, or white chocolate melting wafers
  • 1 cup mini chocolate eggs some whole, some crushed
  • ¼ cup Easter-themed sprinkles

Instructions

  • Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • Melt the Chocolate: Place the chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on half power for 1 minute, then stir. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until completely melted and smooth.

  • Alternative Method: If using a double boiler, place a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water and stir the chocolate until fully melted.
  • Spread the Chocolate: Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it into an even layer, about 10x15 inches, to prevent the chocolate from being too thin.
  • Add Toppings: Sprinkle the whole and crushed mini eggs over the melted chocolate. Then, add the sprinkles evenly on top.

  • Chill the Bark: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, or in the freezer for 30 minutes if you need it to set faster.
  • Break into Pieces: Once set, break the chocolate bark into pieces and enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
