Ingredients

  • 30 Oreo cookies crushed (about 3 cups)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 ¼ cups whole milk
  • Two 3.9-ounce boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 8 ounces whipped topping thawed
  • Sprinkles gummy worms, or Milano cookies for decoration

Instructions

  • Crush Oreos: Crush the Oreos in a food processor or by sealing them in a plastic bag and smashing with a rolling pin. You should have about 3 cups of crushed cookies. Don’t crush them too fine—some chunks are good.
    30 Oreo cookies
  • Make Pudding: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk. Let it sit for about 2 minutes to thicken.
    3 ¼ cups whole milk
  • Mix Cream Cheese: In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and lump-free.
8 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar
  • Combine Mixtures: Gently fold the chocolate pudding into the cream cheese mixture. Then fold in the whipped topping until everything is light and fluffy.
Two 3.9-ounce boxes instant chocolate pudding mix, 8 ounces whipped topping
  • Layer Dessert: Spread 1 ½ cups of crushed Oreos on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Add half of the pudding mixture, then another 1 ½ cups of Oreos, the rest of the pudding, and finish with the remaining Oreos on top.
  • Decorate and Chill: Add gummy worms, sprinkles, or Milano cookies decorated like gravestones (use writing gel to add “RIP” if you want). Cover the dish and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
