Make the Eyeballs First: Scoop melon balls with a melon scoop. Cut a small X in the top, carve a tiny hole, and place a blueberry in it. Thread two eyeballs on a cocktail pick and set aside.

Blend the Base: Put blueberries, Chambord, vodka, and lime juice in a blender (or use an immersion blender in a tall container). Blend until smooth.
