Honey Dressing for Salad

This honey dressing is sweet, tangy, and way better than the mystery stuff in bottles. Just whisk together a few pantry basics—like honey, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice—and boom, you've got the only salad dressing you’ll ever need.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions

  • Blend Sweet and Tangy Base: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, and white wine vinegar until fully combined.

  • Add the Rest: Stir in the Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and rosemary. Whisk until smooth and slightly thickened.
