- 1 ripe avocado
- ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1 lemon
- Black pepper to taste
- 4 slices rustic Italian-style bread ciabatta, focaccia, or French baguette
- 2.5 ounces smoked salmon thinly sliced
- A handful of fresh salad greens
Prepare Lemon Slices: Cut two thin slices from the lemon, then cut them in half and set aside for garnish.
