This is your favorite steakhouse salad—on a stick. Because forks are overrated and bite-sized bacon makes everything better. With crispy iceberg lettuce, smoky bacon, juicy grape tomatoes, and a blue cheese drizzle, this appetizer brings serious “wow” with minimal effort.

Instructions

  • Slice and Prep: Cut the iceberg lettuce into small wedges about 1 inch thick, and cut each bacon strip in half so you end up with 8 pieces.
