Guido Pasquariello

Ciao! 👋 I’m Guido Pasquariello—born in Florence to Neapolitan parents and now living and working in Milan. I’m the founder and blogger behind WhyItalians.com, where I share my passion for local food, recipes, and culinary culture.
I started out cooking exclusively Italian cuisine, but over time, I expanded my horizons, exploring international flavors—especially American and Italian-American dishes. My blog reflects this journey, featuring a mix of traditional Italian recipes and global influences.
Alongside blogging, I’ve built a career in digital marketing, working with various companies to enhance their online presence. My deep knowledge of Italian cuisine, combined with my love for discovering new food traditions, shapes the insights and recipes I share. I studied at the Free University of Languages and Communication (IULM), where I developed my skills in multiple languages, including Italian, English, and French.
