If you’ve ever looked at a salad and thought, “This would be way better if it was just meat and eggs,” welcome to the club.
My Carnivore Tuna Salad Supreme is basically what happens when you take a classic Tuna Egg Salad Recipe, kick out the lettuce, and double down on the good stuff—think creamy eggs, chunky tuna, and more bacon than your doctor would recommend.
Honestly, this is my go-to Carnivore Lunch when meal prep needs to be fast, filling, and completely unapologetic. I came up with this after one too many sad desk salads at work—now, I actually look forward to lunch (and yes, I definitely judge coworkers nibbling on carrot sticks).

Carnivore Tuna Salad Supreme – Pro Tips From a Tuna Addict

🥓 Bacon Level: Olympic
If you think four strips is enough, you’re adorable. Double it for extra crunch—trust me, you won’t regret it (unless you’re out of bacon).
🧀 Cheese Choices, a.k.a. “How Fancy Are You?”
Cheddar’s great, but if you want to flex, swap in smoked gouda, pepper jack, or a little grated Parmesan. Pretty much any cheese that makes you happy will work—except that sad, rubbery pre-shredded stuff. You deserve better.
🥄 Mayo Mania
Homemade mayo is awesome, but store-bought will do in a pinch. If you want to be extra, try carnivore mayo (made with bacon fat). Yes, it’s a thing. Yes, it’s delicious. No, you don’t have to share.
🥚 Egg-cellent Additions
Hard-boiled eggs add the best texture—chop them, slice them, or mash them up and hide them in the salad if you’re not into “decorative egg art.”
🥬 Lettuce? Never Heard of Her.
Thinking about adding celery or lettuce? Sorry, wrong recipe! If you really miss the crunch, add more bacon or even crispy pork rinds. Trust me, it’s better this way.
🥄 Tuna Types: Picky Eater Edition
Canned in water? Canned in oil? Albacore or chunk light? Use whatever you have—just drain it well, unless you like your tuna salad with a side of soggy regret.
💪 Meal Prep Hero
This stuff holds up like a champ in the fridge. Make a big batch and portion it out for the ultimate Carnivore Meal Prep—bonus points if you don’t tell anyone else it’s in there.
🔥 Spice It Up… or Don’t
Technically, carnivore purists skip all seasonings, but I like a little black pepper and maybe a pinch of dry mustard. If someone gives you side-eye for it, tell them to eat their own lunch.
🍽️ Presentation Perfection (Or Not)
If you’re feeling fancy, use a food ring to stack it up, layer those egg slices, and garnish with more bacon. Or just pile it on a plate and dig in—no judgment here.
You’ll be making this Carnivore Tuna Salad Supreme in your sleep. And probably dreaming about it, too.
