    I still have family there. They are a farm family and various meats go in the spaghetti sauce, ie: chicken, rabbit and even pigeon went in the spaghetti sauce. My family had a farm between Roma and the Adriatic Sea.

    1. Ciao Mark, as I wrote in the article, indeed here in Italy, chicken meat or other poultry is used in some recipes to flavor ragù, but it’s certainly not a custom to eat a plate of pasta with a cooked chicken breast on the side. Perhaps you didn’t read it correctly?
